We've received a flood of interest after our merger with NAI and all of our marketing pushes. We've received several inquiries, one LOI, and another group seriously considering it as well. There's a possibility that we may have an LOI from that other group by the end of this week. The majority of the interest has been on keeping the commercial building and the site as-is.
